Sundararajan & Harish (S&H) was established in 1985 and operates from the central business district of Bangalore.
Over the years, the firm has developed a strong professional practice across statutory audits, internal audits, direct and indirect taxation, and financial and tax-related due diligence. Our work focuses on providing clients with clear, responsible, and practical professional support.
The firm currently has five working partners and a team of approximately 35 professionals and support staff. Our partners bring between 22 and 42 years of professional experience, giving the firm substantial knowledge across accounting, auditing, taxation, information systems, financial controls, and business compliance.
